Welcome
RESULTS: Ventura County Crime Stoppers paid out over $3,000 in rewards for 11 felony arrests from call center, web and text tips plus 27 misdemeanors/cites through our School Program during a recent, but typical, 30-day accounting period! Thanks to tips from concerned students, arrests were made and drugs and weapons were confiscated on elementary, middle and high school campuses. Additionally, arrests were made for arson, vandalism, thefts and other property crimes. Tips led to arrests of parole violators, child abusers and more. One fugitive was extradited based on a tip and another arrested in another county. A Crime Stoppers tip contributed to the arrest of the person suspected of robbing a Wells Fargo branch in Thousand Oaks in January. Our tip volume is increasing as are arrests from tips.
